It should not be assumed that future animals or rehoming outcomes will be comparable in temperament, behavior, or suitability to the animals described herein. References to previously rehomed animals or experiences should not be construed as a guarantee or recommendation regarding any future adoption or placement. Any animals or stories listed on the Site are not to be considered a complete representation of all animals historically cared for by Jheniru, and past experiences should not be assumed to predict future outcomes.

Should any term or provision herein be deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, either in its entirety or in a particular application, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Jheniru at any time to enforce any provision shall not affect its right to enforce the same at a later time, unless waived in writing.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

The terms set forth in these Terms of Use and any agreements incorporated or referenced herein constitute the final, complete, and exclusive agreement with respect to the Site and may not be contradicted, explained, or supplemented by evidence of any prior agreement, contemporaneous oral agreement, or consistent additional terms.
